Still needed!

Chaperones for PG-13 at BF. Shifts are 11:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.; 2 to 4 a.m.; and 4 to 6 a.m.

PG-13 Build is searching for donations of the following items:
1. Twin bed mattresses (for couches)
2. Clean glass and plastic containers, such as those used for olive oil and drinks.
3. You. Come on up and get your hands dirty - enthusiasm counts as a skill.

Parent social is THIS FRIDAY!

PG2013 Parent Social is this Friday, May 17, and it’s not too late to join the fun and socialize with more than 60 of your fellow senior parents! It’s a going to a gorgeous night and we will have the fire pit roaring! Plenty of cocktails, snacks, burgers, chicken and desserts! Email MarySue at erin221@verizon.net if you would like to join us and pay at the door - $40 per person.
ALSO - you can still buy tickets for the 50/50 Raffle. We have had a great response to the raffle! Thank you to all those who have participated. The pot is more than $10,000 (grand prize is more than $3,000!) with a chance to win in the thousands! There is still time to send in your tickets. Bid on a great parking spot for RHS graduation!

Somerville School’s big fundraising auction is this Friday, May 17, and the silent auction will include several parking spots for this year’s RHS graduation (and for the people who plan in advance, a few parking spots for June 2014 graduation too!)
The parking spots are in driveways at homes near the high school. If you are interested in bidding, you do not have to attend the auction (although the event is open for anyone to attend for $50 per person and we do have lots of great auction items!)
To make an absentee bid, send an absentee/sealed bid via email to Tracey Doyle at traceydoyle@msn.com with the following info:
Name
Email and telephone number
Maximum bid for one parking spot
Tracey will reply via email to confirm the bid. She will keep the bids confidential and bid on behalf of all absentee bids. If an absentee bid is the highest bidder on auction night, Somerville’s HSA will contact the winner via email on May 20.

PROJECT GRADUATION FUNDRAISING NEWS!


Notecards: We still have blank notes cards,invitations and announcements for sale.  The cost is $15 for a packet of 10. Please contact MarySue at erin221@verizon.net if you are interested in purchasing these lovely cards and she will arrange for pick-up.  We will also be selling at all the PG 2013 meetings and senior class meetings.  Many graduates use these blank cards as thank you notes!!!
50/50 Raffle: We have had a great response to the raffle!  Thank you to all those who have participated.  The pot is more than $10,000 with a chance to win in the thousands! There is still time to send in your tickets. Senior Parent Social: Please join us for a casual parent social before our kids graduate! Not a fundraiser…just a night to socialize and enjoy a great backyard BBQ! Winning ticket for the 50/50 will be drawn. Winner need not be present and you do not need to participate in raffle to attend! The social is Friday, May 17 at 7:30 pm, cost is $40 per person and includes appetizers, drinks and dessert. We are meeting with the caterer on Monday, May 13. Please RSVP before then or email MarySue at erin221@verizon.net if you plan to attend.
