Although we will happily accept any donation, this year we would like to try to promote auction items that are
relevant to the Senior Parents, their families and Graduates attending the
event. Think Prom, Prom Weekend, Graduation and College! If you have a personal relationship with a merchant in the area, now is the time to
solicit a donation. In the
past, groups of friends have teamed up and designed creative baskets for the auction. No donation is too big or too small. Cash donations are always welcome and will be put to good use. Once you have confirmed a donation please send an email to
PG2013Auction@gmail.com
and include the following information:
1. Donated item (add to subject line)
2. Brief description
3. Names of all donors
4. Your contact information (email & phone #)
5. Value $$ of item
We will provide a time and a place for all donated items to
be dropped off - in mid-March. If possible please have the donated items packaged - labeled
and ready for display. Smaller donations will be used in the Tricky Tray.
The Ridgewood Home & School Association, including
Project Graduation, is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are
