PG-13 Committees

  Here is a list of the PG-13 committees and the people who have volunteered to chair them. Please sign up to assist with one or more. You can give as much or as little time as you want. Please contact Maggie or Catherine to sign up for a committee – or two!

Fashion Show: Assist in arrangements, reservations, models and auction. Chair: Nicole Gibson – jngibson@optonline.net or pg13fashionshow@gmail.com  

Silent Auction: Chairs: Linda Sumavielle – linda.sumavielle@verizon.net and Christina Bourke – christina.bourke@credit-suisse.com

BF Decorations: Help plan the BF Party theme, organize supplies, create decorations. Chairs: Eric Knight – eknight@infrastarsadvisors.com, Kathy Ng – Kng4@verizon.net

BF Construction: Work with Decorating Committee to construct portions of the BF Party decorations. Chair: Matt Lanza – mtlanza@gmail.com

BF Entertainment: Help select the entertainment for the BF Party. Chair: Connie Moore – cmoyer@apple-bank.com

Baby Pictures: Collect, help write captions for pictures, mount, frame and hang pictures. Chair: Debbie DeWitt – Debbiedewitt419@msn.com

BF Chaperones: Supervise check-in/check-out, assist in activities, casino area, etc.

Hospitality: Organize/supply refreshments for parent volunteers during decorating nights and weekends. STILL SEEKING CHAIR!
