Models who signed up for our upcoming Project Graduation '13 Fashion Show on Sunday,
April 21! WE NEED YOUR CHILD'S MEASUREMENTS FOR THEM TO PARTICIPATE!

The participating stores
cannot provide apparel if answers are not provided; the rest of the questions
will be used to create a fun script for the models as they walk the runway so
please don't stress over the answers; best advice is the first thing that comes
to mind, and if nothing comes to mind for some questions, that is OK!
