Fashion Show 2013 “Vintage Hollywood” - Information and Guidelines For Student Models and Greeters
MANDATORY MEETING on TUESDAY MARCH 12 @ 11am in the Little Theater.
Please remember to respect RHS rules, there is no food permitted in the Little Theater.
You must complete the form sent via email on Wednesday, and it must be signed by you and a parent.
PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY & FOLLOW ALL RULES!
Fittings: All models must be available for fittings. Most fittings will take place between April 11-18. Parents or friends are NOT allowed to accompany you to fittings. We will notify you of the time for your fitting.
Day of the Show – Sunday, April 21
1. You must be at the Sheraton Crossroads at 8:00 a.m. BE ON TIME. This will be our only rehearsal time.
2. Girls – Arrive with your hair clean, and done at Salon to be designated, if this is what you choose. Please apply basic make up at home; we will have people/professionals available to put on the finishing touches. NO SPRAY TANS – it stains the clothing.
3. Boys – No need to worry about make up. Please have clean hair and shave.
4. EVERYONE - please use CLEAR DEODORANT - white/powdered deodorant also stains.
5. Please bring a large, button down shirt to wear over the modeling garments to prevent any staining from last minute touch ups.
6. We will provide lunch before the event. You will eat in a separate room from the garments you will model. PLEASE EAT BREAKFAST AT HOME. Your $25 ticket will also cover lunch.
Clothing:
You are responsible for the safety of the clothes you model. The clothes must be returned in the same manner in which you received them. By participating in the Fashion Show, you agree that you AND your parents will be responsible for the cost of the garment if any damage is incurred. Some of the retailers may require to you present a credit card at the time of your fitting. The card will not be charged...it will only be held in case there is damage to your garment. Please bring a credit card with you just in case.
Boys wearing tuxedos from Biltmore should bring a $20 cash deposit to the fitting. This will be returned when you bring the tuxedo back to the store.
